Refund & Cancellation Policy for Global Hearing

At Global Hearing, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

b. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Hearing aids and related devices due to hygiene concerns, unless defective.

c. Return Process

If your goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged on transit we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 14 days of your delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

d. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

a. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

b. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Order Cancellations

a. Order Cancellation Process

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.

b. Refunds for Cancellations

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Products that are in transit are not eligible for refunds. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to appear on your account.
